I have a question for you Rich, actually a couple of questions.

1) I primarily use yahoo e mail so which RSS feed should I use and what is the advantage or disadvantage of doing research with some RSS feeds.  I hit the drop down bar and it asks me which one do you want ... I shrug my shoulders cause I don't know.

2) How do you make your first 20 bucks online if your website isn't polished enough to grab you some cash??

Thanks.

With regard to question one. I don't often use yahoo mail so I am not sure what the options are. But for the most part an RSS feed is a news feed from someones website or blog etc. It's just another way to receive info from somebody. So as far which one to choose is based on what you want or who you want to follow.

As far as doing research with an RSS feed I am not sure I understand what you mean.

Second question: You don't need a real fancy site to make money on the Internet. The hardest thing on the internet is driving traffic to your website.
This is best done by a small niche area. You can very easly start off with writting a ebook for down load at say 3 or four dollars. Or building an AdSense site that in the begining can make 20bucks a month. There are lots of ways to do it. My point with the 20dollars in my sales copy is this. Once you know how to do this you simply repeat the process. And before long you are growing your income.

Hope that helped  ;D

Thanks Rich, let me clarify that RSS question I always see the RSS symbol on a website.  I don't really understand RSS is that some way around e mail or what.  AND if I am basically on a yahoo mail setup should I use a specific type of RSS feed?

thanks. ::)

RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works – such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video –etc.

As far as what ones to use it really does not matter. Pick one and see if you like it.

Did this answer your question  :)

Hey Mark,
That's a great question! Because most people that use Twitter don't get how important this is. The answer is very simple. Don't make every Tweet an offer to buy something or plug your business, rather mix it up with tweets about what you are doing or links to free things such as articles etc.

As well as just talking to some of your followers about what ever they are tweeting about.

Mark, I hope you don't mind if I comment on your question.  I'm not Rich, but I have a tendency to butt in.  ;)

I think one key is to be a real person and not just an "ad generator" on Twitter.  Chit-chat a bit about you.  "My kid just brought home a great report card", "My dog chewed up the cord on my laptop", etc.

In my opinion, when people see you as a person they are more likely to show interest in your tweets about your business.

Just my two cents. :)

hey rich,
i've just recently opened my website Healthy Future which i'm still working on but do you have any advice on how i can make it more profitable rather than only utilising adspace by google. I have a keen interest in health which is why i have chosen to report on this topic.

Sure, for starters you should always be looking at SEO. It is the number one way to drive traffic to your site and it's free!

One of the very first things that I would do with your site is to write more keyword rich content on your home page. Without this you will never rank well. Make sure you have done your keyword research right.

If you are not sure you can get with us on the Monday night coaching calls and we will get you going in the right direction.

Did that help?
