There are many programs like that on the market that work pretty much the same way. I would rather people focus their time on article marketing. As this will give you a big bang for your buck!

Submitting to Dir.'s are ok to get a new sites found, but for the most part after that they really don't have the impact you need from an SEO standpoint.
